For International Students will be determined in light of the following criteria:
- Cost of provision.
- Market testing against a set of benchmark competitor HE providers.
- Alignment to the Strategic Plan.
- The need to stimulate additional demand where required.
- Regional and National skills priorities.
- Consideration of bursaries, scholarships, fee waivers and any other discounts as part of the overall fee structure.
Non-payment of fees
If you are unable to pay fees on the due date, it is imperative that you contact the Finance Office as soon as possible. It is usually possible to arrange a payment plan and this will avoid the University taking further action against you to recover what you owe.
The Finance Office is located on the first floor of the Main Building and is open from 10.00 to 15.00 Monday to Friday. If you wish to discuss payment, please contact the Income Team on +44 (0)1962 827265.
The University will impose a £50 administration fee for failure to pay within 7 days of the payment due date or return of an unpaid cheque. Please refer to the Regulations for the Payment of University Fees document and the University's Debt Management Policy for further details. Both documents can be found here
Tuition Fee deposit refund policy for international students
Tuition Fee deposits will be refunded if a student is unsuccessful with their visa application and can produce a valid, official visa refusal letter.
Please refer to the Refund of Tuition Fee Deposits for International Students document here for further details
