'Witness an experience healing through art and movement find your connection between wellbeing and your spirit from Marta Angelozzi, Anna Bilon, Elena Ceccinato, Paul Cheneour, Jill Hayes, Cornelia G. HÖrl, Maitreya, MEK, Susan Nares, Caroline Pearce-Higgins, Angela Quicke, Brian Wooding

Painting here is taken as finding co-responding colour, tone, shape, movement, word for body sense transmitted, sometimes deeply buried, incompletely processed emotions. The ensuing interaction in the sacred liminal space suspended between self and non-judgemental internal or external witness brings about re-lease and transformation. Painting can thus be movement on ground and through space eliciting colour from voice and/or musical instrument in story and song, painting with light in photography or simply drawing with crayons on paper. It could be the hand’s pressure on soft clay or guiding tools into harder materials. The medium and its mastery are irrelevant as it is merely an approximation: a way of contacting and containing in safety the depth and the beauty, and thereby healing the suffering, of the human soul.'
