Biography
I have been at the University of Winchester since September 2008 and became Dean in November 2009. As Dean I am responsible for managing all aspects of the Faculty’s activities. Outside the University, I am active within my discipline area as a member of the University Council for Modern Languages Executive and Treasurer of the University Council of General and Applied Linguistics. I am involved in Modern Foreign Language initiatives within the UK, including Routes into Languages, and a member of the Steering Group of The English Project, based at Winchester.
