Our central in-house programme offers a broad range of opportunities, available at no cost to Faculties or Professional Services. We also have a policy enabling fee payments to be waived for staff who gain admission to our part-time courses.
The central programme is only part of the provision made to support staff development. Individual needs are addressed through the annual staff development and review process, and Faculties and Professional Services makes their own plans to respond to the needs of individuals and groups in the context of changing demands within the University as a whole.
