Compact Agreements

A Compact Partner is a School or College which works with the University of Winchester to widen access to Higher Education

The University of Winchester's role in forming this partnership is to:

  • Pursue, with other regional providers of education, relationships which are of mutual benefit
  • Develop a Regional Role
  • Promote continuing and vocational Education
  • Widen Access and Participation
  • Work with local colleges and school sixth forms to develop a range of progression pathways in academic and vocational areas
  • Enhance the University's excellent reputation within Hampshire and the surrounding area
