Profile: Terri has been responsible for widening participation strategy at the University since 2004. Prior to this she taught for almost 20 years in further and higher education. She has also worked as Business Development Manager in an education-business partnership. Terri's previous research has focused on the impact of post-16 curriculum reform on students' career choices.

- Responsible for:
- Co-ordination of the 'WINdow on HE' 11-16 activities with linked schools and colleges in the Mid and North Hampshire area
- Co-ordination of the Children in Care Summer School
Profile: Rachel was educated in Somerset, attending Bridgwater College before coming to University of Winchester to study BA (hons) Tourism and Heritage Management.
Whilst studying for her degree, Rachel worked extensively with the Aimhigher programme as an ambassador, attending off campus and on campus events including working three consecutive years on the summer residential programme.
Rachel worked for Aimhigher as the Aimhigher Projects Leader from November 2008 until the end of the initiative in July 2011 and now works for the University of Winchester team helping to co-ordinate the new 'Window on HE' programme.
Helen Briers, Widening Participation Co-ordinator (Primary and Community)

- Responsible for:
- Co-ordination of the 'WINdow on HE' Primary Schools Project with linked schools, primarily in Andover and Basingstoke.
- Co-ordination of outreach activities for physically disabled students
- Development of widening participation activities with targeted community groups
Profile: Helen has worked in widening participation for the last 8 years. She currently works for the University of Winchester Widening Participation Team, helping to co-ordinate the 'WINdow on HE' programme.
Prior to this she set up the University's Aimhigher Primary Project and co-ordinated the Aimhigher HIOW Primary Partners' Programme. Helen also set up and ran 'Get Set ... for university life', the Aimhigher sponsored summer school for disabled students, in partnership with Treloar College, from 2009- 2011.
Originally a scientist by training, Helen also studied Art & Design before focusing on widening participation.
