Jane has 25 years experience within primary and nursery education, leading to 15 years as a headteacher of three very different primary schools from two large inner city nursery and primary schools in London and Berkshire, to an army primary school in Hampshire. Her schools were all in areas of deprivation and had particularly challenging catchments.

For the last four years she has been delivering the new Early Years Professional Status at Southampton University and the University of Winchester.
