Expertise
Karen is an early years specialist. She is an experienced educational psychologist. Her areas of expertise include; attachment, self esteem, positive behaviour management, promoting children's communication, developing the voice of the child, inclusion of children with special educational needs, working with parents, supporting children with autistic spectrum differences and Portage. Karen is a governor at a local inclusive nursery school and Children’s Centre. She is also a member of the SEFDEY network (Sector Endorsed Foundation Degrees, Early Years). These are amongst the ways that Karen keeps up-to-date with the rapid developments in Early Years.
