Rachel has afirst-class Honours degree in Health and SocialCarefrom the Open University.During her studies she continued to work in practice in various settings, managing homes and mentoring other managers working with people who had both physical impairments and learning difficulties.
Rachel is nowCity and Guilds Centre Director.
