Biography

Helen James LLB, LLM, PGCert, FHEA is Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Winchester. Helen’s specialist areas are public law, criminal law, medical law and human rights.She has worked previously at the Universities of Warwick and Glamorgan.

Publications

Helen has published articles in a range of journals including The Law Teacher and Business Law Review.
