Biography

Ms Lorraine Wolhuter, BA LLB LLM (Cape Town), is a lecturer in the Department of Law at Winchester University. She teaches the Law of Evidence, the Law of Tort, and Public Law.

Research Interests

Lorraine’s main area of research interest is victims’ rights. She is currently in the process of completing a doctoral thesis on enforceable rights for victims of crime. She is also co-authoring a book entitled Crime and Criminology in South Africa (under contract with Routledge).
