The Law Department provides an exciting learning enviroment
The Law Department, which is now three years old, provides an exciting learning environment, with a wide range of subjects on offer. Some of these will be compulsory if you are studying for a Qualifying Law Degree. Others will be optional. For instance across years two and three you may wish to choose from a list of options that currently includes:
- Company Law
- Human Rights Law
- Medical law
- Employment Law
- Family Law
- The Law of Evidence
- Legal History
- Mental Health Law
- Mooting
- Current Legal Issues
- Intellectual Property Law
There are also plenty of opportunities for you to become involved in social and extra-curricular activities through the Department, the University and through the various societies that exist, including the Student Law Society.
