and that enjoy exploring new ways and places to create work including indoor and outdoor spaces.

We now have a network of work experience with practitioners, student placements with festival and arts organisations and paid graduate internships on graduation. We are also creating a network of work practice opportunities for the students across Europe working with top performance companies in creation centres. The University also hosts festivals for emergent artists and newly graduated students at the Emerge festival and Streetjam. We invite programmers, agents and producers from around the UK and Europe to view the students work.
This practical degree teaches the students the elements of street arts business, how to generate funding and sponsorship, how to manage arts organisations, how to develop a portfolio of work and how to create festivals and events in this rapidly expanding sector of the performing arts.

This exciting new degree is the first of its kind in the UK. This degree will suit you if you are interested in making performances that are physical and visual, exciting and adventurous and that explores and develops new ways of creating work.
You will be among the first professionally trained street art graduates and creative producers developing and managing indoors and outdoors arts events, you can also become workshop leaders and teachers, arts administrators, street arts designers, working with new media, theatres and arts centres, street arts and music festivals, events, fashion and design, heritage, community and in response to a wide variety of contemporary demands.
