Animation, British Cinema history, horror cinema.
Research Interests
Film Studies (with particular interest in the cinemas of Australasia, Britain andHollywood).
Teaching specialisms include animation, film history, the horror genre and nationalcinemas. Topics of specific interest include the representations oflandscapes, memory/history and the body.
