Tatiana has seven years of lecturing experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels preceded by eleven years of working in the field of international business communication in Russia and the UK. Before joining the University of Winchester Dr Gladkikh taught Leadership at the University of Birmingham. Her current teaching is focused on International Business Communication, Developing Academic Practice and Management Research. Tatiana is a level tutor at Level Six.
Tatiana’s specialist areas are leadership development in cross-cultural context (leadership discourse, language and identity, global identity) and internationalization of HE (ESL in Business and Management Studies). Both have developed from her Doctoral research which examined the nature of culture and identity in the context of international business.
Dr Gladkikh is an academic and linguistic consultant for the Edinburgh Business School (global MBA).
Tatiana is currently undertaking work in the following areas:-
