Mark has over 10 years’ experience of teaching innovation management, strategic change and marketing modules at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional levels. Mark has supervised to completion Doctoral student projects and has acted as external examiner for taught programmes at a number of institutions. Mark’s industrial experience involved leading change with expert, knowledge worker groups across new product development, marketing and sales functions. This included introducing new knowledge management and quality systems, as well as work process, cultural and organisational change. Mark is a highly experienced innovation manager, having completed more than fifty clinical development studies for new medicines and prepared global regulatory submissions. Mark has undertaken a number of change and management development consultancy projects with private, public, and not-for-profit sector organisations.
