Biography
Adam joined the University of Winchester in September 2009 as a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management having spent the last two years at the University of Chichester in a similar role. Over far too many years to remember he has been a lecturer, manager and consultant. For eight years he was Director of Human Resources at Southampton Solent University. After developing and overseeing the implementation of the university’s HR strategy through a period of considerable change he returned to academic life in 2004 at Southampton Business School to pursue his interests in teaching and research. He holds a BA, MSc, teaching certificate, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and has a Doctorate earned by publication.
