Biography

Since 1984, a specialist in executive education – designing, developing and facilitating ‘tailor made’, in-company training programmes and workshops for executives at all levels of seniority from graduate trainees to main board directors. Worked in 30 countries around the world.

From 1999, Managing Director of John Kind Learning having been a Partner with Harbridge House Inc which was acquired by PricewaterhouseCoopers in the mid 1990s. Client list includes Amgen, BAA, Babcock International, the BBC, BP, Europcar, Kone Corporation, Royal Albert Hall and the Royal British Legion.

Prior to 1984, a Finance Director in Industry with an MBA from the Manchester Business School (specialising in Accounting and Finance) and an honours degree in Economics from the University of Lancaster.

Governor of King Alfred’s College/University College, Winchester/University of Winchester between 1999-2009. Vice-Chair of the Governing Body, 2006-2009.

Visiting Lecturer at the University of Strathclyde, Graduate School of Business since 1996.

Expertise

A particular focus on developing executives’ financial and commercial skills including credit management.
