Biography
Lisa Harding - MSc Strategic HRM, BSc (Psych), CMCIPD, MBPsS.
Lisa joined the University of Winchester in September 2009 as a lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Work Based Studies within the Winchester Business School .
Prior to becoming a lecturer, Lisa spent 20 years working within the banking industry, predominately managing and leading teams within the branch retail network and business banking.
