Postgraduate Courses

MSc and MBA

The MSc is a career entry qualification and has a series of pathways enabling students to select options that prepare them for their first steps into the world of business. The MBA is a career progressing qualification targeted at individuals who have a degree or equivalent qualifications, who are preparing to take the next step in their careers. MBA students have at least two years work experience, usually in roles where they have managed people of resources. Both programmes are taught from first principles so you do not need to have studied business courses before joining.

The programmes are taught on a full-time or part-time basis, with the MBA also available at weekends in Winchester.

MA

Potential students with interests in management and global issues might consider the MA Managing Contemporary Global Issues programme. This established programme combines studies in International Project Management and International Relations and is valuable for career development or enhancement in international organisations, NGOs, Not-for-Profit, charity, community and social sectors, corporate social responsibility / communication fields in the commercial sector and industry wide consultancy. Issues on the programme include the management of international finance, development, energy, food and climate change.
