Additional communication needs will be looked at collaboratively focusing on good practice and reflecting on current strategies of inclusion. There will be particular reference to children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), dyslexia, dyspraxia, semantic/pragmatic difficulties, specific language difficulties and sensory impairment.
Successful completion of this course can also count towards a Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma in Special Education Needs.
