I have broad research interests at this stage in my development as a teacher educator that are focused around two areas; the teaching and learning of primary mathematics and educating trainees as teachers of primary mathematics.
My own research profile in primary mathematics is also being further challenged through an MSc in Mathematics Teacher Education at the University of Oxford. As part of this higher degree, I am being offered new perspectives on national, international, primary and secondary practices in which to consider the notion of inspirational teacher education.
