Expertise
With a background in sales, marketing, youth projects and local community, Roz has extensive teaching experience in both secondary and higher education. She has undertaken educational consultancy, evaluation reports and her current academic focus is the nature of professionalism, ethical behavior and how people apply personal and professional values in their lives.

Research Interests
Roz’s research interests include professionalism and the nature of personal and professional values in a changing global world. Another area of interest is motivation for learning, and how creative pedagogy can encourage and stimulate learning.
