Philosophy, Religion and Ethics looks at the big questions; the different ways philosophers, theologians and religious studies scholars approach such questions; and how their approaches interact.
This course explores the study of religions and theologies in their contemporary as well as historical forms. Religion is seen as a living, cultural phenomenon that impacts profoundly upon both the lives of individual believers and on society and world events.
This course asks the big questions about humanity, the world, our history and contemporary society. The course aims to equip students with the skills and understanding to play an active part in shaping where our society is going.
