We are always happy to help you organise your own reunion and have included a handy guide below of points to consider when thinking about reunions.

Organise your own reunion
The best way of keeping in touch with old Winchester friends or to renew lost friendships is to organise a reunion. We have a number of venues for hire to suit all budgets and requirements. Here are a few helpful hints to ensure you get the event you want!
Create a guest list:
- Decide what group of people you want to get together (e.g. a particular year, course or sports team)
- Decide which (if any) former/current staff you wish to invite
- The Alumni Office can put you in touch with more alumni to invite to your reunion
Arrange the reunion:
- Decide where you want the reunion to take place
- Decide a date
- Decide the arrangements for the event (i.e. Food? Dress code? Entertainment? Cost of the event?)
- The Alumni Office can help you to book venues at the University and in Winchester
Publicise the event:
- Word-of-mouth works wonders - tell all your university friends to tell all their friends
- The Alumni Office will post the event on Facebook - tell your friends to join
- The Alumni Office can place notices on Friends Reunited, in Venta and on the alumni website
