Supervisors
If you decide to take an MPhil/PhD at Winchester you will be allocated to a supervisory team consisting of a Director of Studies and a Second Supervisor.
Usually your Director of Studies will be an expert in your chosen field of study and will advise and support you as your progress through your research. Your second supervisor may also be an expert in the field and/or experienced in the supervision to completion of PhDs. You may meet your supervisory team either as a group or individually. All supervisors regularly publish their work in their field and you can be confident in the expertise they bring to your project.
