King Alfred Campus– Catered accommodation
The catered contract in 2012-13 is for 28 weeks and two days - students vacate at Christmas and pay a retainer for the room. At Easter all students vacate with their belongings and there is no charge for the room. Food is included in your rental fee on a part-board basis (approximately 14 meals per week).

Payment of Rent
Rent is payable in three instalments when paid by Direct Debit only. You will receive your first rent bill on arrival into University accommodation. Rent for residence in catered halls is inclusive of the catering element and the Christmas vacation ’retainer’. Payment can be made by Direct Debit, Cheque or Credit/Debit Card to the Finance Department at the University of Winchester.
There is the opportunity to receive a £100 discount on rent by paying it in one lump sum before Friday 12th October 2012.
