New full time students demonstrating excellence in sport or music can make an application for an Excellence Award of £2,000 in their first year and £1,000 in their second year and third years.

How do I apply?
Applications must be made before enrolling on your course, this is not open to continuing or existing students.
Deadlines
Music Excellence Award - 10th May 2013. Please note if shortlisted you will be required to attend an audition at the University on the 22nd May 2013.
Sports Excellence Award - 1st July 2013. Please note if shortlisted you will be required to attend an interview at the University on Wednesday 24th July 2013.
