Fee waivers will be offered to new English domicile or EU Foundation Degree and Undergraduate entrants in 2014/15 with a household income under £25,000. The first 596 students to have accepted a firm offer could be entitled to a £2,000 fee waiver in their first year of study.
The full terms and conditions of the award are available here:

How do I apply?
There is no separate application process for the National Scholarship Programme. Eligibility will be decided for first year students on the basis of the income assessment carried out by Student Finance and the date upon which they accepted their offer to follow a course at the University.
All new students should initially apply for the full £8,500 Tuition Fee Loan from Student Finance unless they wish to self-fund part or all of the course.
If you are awarded a NSP fee waiver, you will be notified in writing after the start of the academic year. Correspondence will be sent to the address held on record by Student Finance. Fee waivers will be applied later in the academic year.
4 full-time equivalent (FTE) awards will be allocated to new part-time entrants in 2014/15 (English domicile and EU students from households with income under £25,000). The amount awarded will be dependant on the student's intensity of study in a given year.
Part-time students will need to have their income assessed by the University before 2 September 2014 for September starters or 1 February 2015 for March starters. Please contact email@example.com for further information.
