The Learning and Teaching Development Unit (LTDU) was founded in 2008 and brought together the Director of Learning and Teaching and various staff involved in L&T research into one location.
The LTDU undertakes a range of externally funded and internal research projects, leads the Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (PGCLTHE), administers internal University L&T and CPD grants, as well as promoting good L&T practice across the University in a wide variety of ways. In particular, it works closely with Faculty L&T Chairs and Project Officers.
