Ann Jalili MBA, BA (Hons), DIC Management, PGCLTHE (Distinction) is Senior Lecturer in Business Management. Before joining the Business School in 2012, Ann was a Civil Servant for 28 years primarily working in operations and practice. Latterly, she was the Head of Developing e-Services, spending almost a decade on the transformation of her department’s internal and external IT processes and on developing the organisation’s e-service propositions for its stakeholders.

She has a Master's in Business Administration from Imperial College London and is a Diplomat of Imperial College in Management. Her Master’s dissertation on the subject of Managing Change won the Business School’s prize for best Executive MBA dissertation of the year.

Ann also passed her Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education with distinction in September 2015.

Areas of expertise

Ann primarily teaches Operations Management, Change Management, and on a number of modules which have an Information Systems Management perspective.
