Charlotte Lystor BA (Hons), MA, PGCE, FHEA is Senior Lecturer in Marketing. Charlotte holds a first-class bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media and Design and her Master’s degree in Communication Design was funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council. Charlotte joined the University in 2010 and developed the Undergraduate Marketing Programme in 2014. She currently teaches Understanding Markets, and Marketing Communications at both undergraduate and postgraduate level and has over a decade of teaching experience in higher education.
