2018 marks a decade since the Kosovan parliament declared independence from Serbia in February 2008. A war between Kosovo's ethnic Albanian rebels and Serbian troops had left 13,000 people dead (Mostly Albanians). What lessons might be learnt? What is Kosovo's reality now and what might its future hold? Winchester Centre of Religion Reconciliation and Peace will host a panel discussion with invited guest speakers.
