The HELP (Health Enhancing Lifestyle Programme) Hampshire Stroke Clinic is a new initiative from the University of Winchester that enhances the physical and social quality of life for people living with a stroke.

HELP Hampshire reduces the likelihood of secondary stroke through low-cost, flexible, community-based education and exercise clinics. Our research-led approach and assessment model will ensure that the HELP Hampshire programme can be delivered almost anywhere, is tailored to individual needs and is rigorously monitored, so we can evidence the benefits to the individual, their supporters and society.

As a not-for-profit group we welcome you to attend our free launch event on Thursday 17th January 2019. The HELP Hampshire clinic team and guest speakers will outline the purpose, delivery and aspirations of the initiative and there will be an open Question and Answer session. Following the Q & A the clinic team will be available for further individual discussions.
