Health and Wellbeing Research Methods Seminar Series Three Spring 2017
Presenters: David Raper, Head of Department for Interprofessional Studies ‐ Faculty of Education, Health and Social Care
Researchers tend to try and say something about the world through organising data into neat and manageable categories. But what about if we seek to 'go against the grain', through scratching or roughing our data up, and treating it with either suspicion or naïve curiosity - Can we find a richer answer to our question through this process?
Chair: Dr David Walters, Head of the Centre for Arts as Wellbeing
This third methods series will continue to showcase recent research projects and examine methodologies currently used in health and wellbeing research. It will enable researchers to explore critical challenges in research and knowledge exchange, sharing expertise and forging connections that will support the development of future projects across a wide range of themes. All welcome and please feel free to bring your lunch with you. Please reserve your place for any or all of the sessions by emailing email@example.com indicating which session/s you would like to attend.
