Dr Simon Eden is an Associate with the Southern Policy Centre (SPC), and former Council Chief Executive. The SPC are developing a programme of studies on health, wellbeing and social care, and aim to explore how public policy and practice should change to reflect our changing demographic, reducing public funding and growing public expectations. They are also interested in how communities can work together to address these challenges. The seminar will outline the SPC’s evolving programme and explore opportunities for working with the Health & Wellbeing Research Group.

This fifth series continues to examine methodologies used in health and wellbeing research and is also broadening to include other health and wellbeing research-related topics. Participating researchers can explore critical challenges in research and knowledge exchange, share expertise and forge connections that will support the development of future projects across a wide range of themes. All welcome and please feel free to bring your lunch with you.

Please reserve your place for each session by emailing penelope.bates@winchester.ac.uk
