Opening event for the link gallery exhibition, The Archaeology of Negative Capability. This will feature unique screenings, sound and refreshments.

This exhibition runs from 28 September to 30 October and will present work that draws from across the boundaries of visual art, music, poetry, philosophy, archaeology and academic research. Speaking to Keats' almost 200-year old concept of 'negative capability' and the work of the AHRC-funded Against Value project, the visual work of Sophie Cunningham Dawe (image), the poetry of Mark Rutter, the music of Oli Barrett and theoretical writings of Dr Emile Bojesen, Senior Lecturer in Education at the University, will explore that which exceeds common conceptions of value.
