Mindfulness: with Vishvapani Blomfeld and Brian Draper
The annual Lovell Lecture, supported by both the University and Winchester Cathedral, is an important event in the interfaith calendar.
This year we consider the popular topic of mindfulness, which has been found to alleviate stress, depression and negative thinking, as well as contributing to general well-being. Vishvapani will introduce the practice from a Buddhist perspective and Brian Draper will respond from the Christian position.
There will be a time for questions from the floor.
Wednesday 14 November 2018
