Wednesday 15 February
5.30–7.00pm
Room 301, St Alphege, King Alfred Campus, University of Winchester, Sparkford Road, Winchester, Hampshire SO22 4NR

A conversation with Dr David Hayes, Bard College Berlin

It is often taken for granted that something called “critical thinking” is central to higher education, but is it really that obvious? In this meeting David Hayes will argue that critical thinking pedagogy is misguided and that we need a pedagogy that encourages thinking toward belief. The short talk will be followed by an open conversation led by Thomas Norgaard.

No registration required.
