The Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (PGCLTHE) is an accredited development programme run by the University of Winchester as part of the MA Education: Professional Enquiry. Successful completion leads to practitioner status of the Higher Education Academy.

What does the PGCLTHE offer?
It offers a framework for reflecting on teaching, professionalism and the context of HE. Supported by faculty-based mentors and sessions from experienced practioners, it encourages colleagues to pursue their own learning and teaching interests and is usually followed over two years.
