Excellence in teaching is at the heart of the University’s mission. Understanding our students’ needs, supporting staff in their learning and teaching research and professional development, and creating a dynamic learning environment are the keys to our approach. The Senate L&T Committee and a dedicated team at the Learning and Teaching Development Unit (LTDU) work with staff and students across the University’s faculties to deliver our L&T Strategy. We are also working with a range of external partners to undertake research, disseminate good practice, and champion the University of Winchester’s learning and teaching at a national level.
