Professor Elizabeth Stuart is Professor of Christian Theology, Director of the Centre for the Study of Theology and Religion. Elizabeth Stuart is an internationally acknowledged authority on theologies of sexuality and gender. She has published extensively in the fields of feminist and queer theology and edits the academic journal Theology and Sexuality. Her research interests particularly inform the modules: Approaches to Theology, Christian Mysticism, Liberation Theologies, Theology and Film, Women and Religion, Contemporary Christian Theology and Jesus Christ in Contemporary Theology.
