If you are a UK or EU domicile student, fall under the new fee regime and pay £3,290 for your tuition then you are entitled to Scholarships and may be entitled to Bursaries from the University of Winchester.
The only way you can get this money from us is if you have registered with the Student Loans Company by completing an online application or a paper application form - PN1 form (new students) or PR1 form (continuing students) for this year (or EUN1 or EUPR1 form for EU students).
If you have done this, you should have received an entitlement letter from us stating which awards you will be in receipt of. If you have not done this, or have not received this letter, please contact the Student Finance Assistant on 01962 827008. Please have your Student ID number to hand when you phone.
For students who have completed online (re)enrolment before 22 September 2009 your first instalment of your student loan will be released in to your bank account no earlier than 28 September 2009 (provided you have completed and submitted the relevant paperwork to your loans company in plenty of time for processing).
For students who have completed online (re)enrolment after 22 September 2009 your first instalment of your student loan will be released in to your bank account no earlier than 28 September 2008 (or 3 – 5 working days after the date you re-enrol) (provided you have completed and submitted the relevant paperwork to your loans company in plenty of time for processing).
