Rent free accomodation in university halls

Having somewhere of your own to call home matters.

In 2024 we have partnered with the Unite Foundation to offer up to six Unite Foundation Scholarships to estranged and care experienced undergraduate degree students.

Unite Scholars will have free year-round accommodation in one of our University Halls for up to three years. The University will provide a designated student advisor throughout your studies and the Unite Foundation team will help you settle in, keep in touch and offer opportunities for employment and enjoyment.

The University offers many bursaries and scholarships and to ensure a fair distribution of funding, there are some restrictions on who can receive mulitple awards. Recipients of the Unite Foundation Scholarship are not eligible to receive the King Alfred Bursary or the Stand Alone Bursary.
