The Department of Economics, Accountancy and Finance is a forward-looking department offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. As a department we strive to provide the best educational experience for all our students by combining excellence in learning and teaching with a strong and active research culture. All of our programmes are designed to provide a combination of academic rigour and practical relevance, as informed by employer expectations and research-based findings.
Our growing portfolio of programmes is accredited by a number of professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Association of Charted Certified Accountants (ACCA).
