Biography

Lisa Baldwin is Senior Lecturer in Education. She taught in Dorset and the London Borough of Brent before becoming a school improvement advisor for the London Borough of Hillingdon. In this role she delivered training and provided school support for English teaching and school leadership.

Lisa has experience leading the PGCE primary programme and is currently the English Subject Leader for the Institute of Education.

Lisa has completed a Master's in Educational Research and is undertaking her Ed. D. Her research interests are in all aspects of English, but particularly early reading and imaginative writing pedagogy.
