Dr Malgorzata Radomska

Biography

Dr Malgorzata Radomska is the Head of Department of Responsible Management and Leadership, part of the University of Winchester Business School in the Faculty of Business and Digital Technologies. She is also the Director of the DBA programme. 

Malgorzata got her PhD from Sciences Po Paris, MBA from the University of Winchester, MA in Transnational Studies from the University of Southampton and an undergraduate degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a Fellow of Higher Educational Academy, a Chartered Manager (CMI) and an experienced project and programme manager. 

She specialises in change and innovation management and transforms social, business and physical environment through sustainable practices. She is a multilingual training consultant and executive coach who can influence and inspire individuals and teams to learn and maximise their potential. Moreover, she is a dynamic and creative leader able to identify development needs, and design and deliver innovative solutions that are aligned to individual and organisational requirements.
