We’re a small, experienced team based at the University of Winchester. From your first enquiry to event day and beyond, we’re here to make things easy, personal, and seamless. You will work with the same people throughout, no handovers, just honest advice and consistent support. Whether it’s a room booking or a full conference, we’ll help you plan the right event that feels personal and fits your needs.

From historic buildings with character to modern lecture theatres equipped with AV, our campus offers a wide range of spaces to suit different styles, group sizes, and event formats. Whether you are hosting a formal conference, creative workshop, panel discussion or breakout session, we have flexible rooms that can be adapted to meet your needs. Many of our venues are also set up to support hybrid events and exhibitions, giving you more ways to connect with your audience.
230 delegates attended the National Landscapes Conference at the University of Winchester in early July. It was a success (one of our best conferences yet), not least because of all the hard work the university team put into getting things right at their end. A beautiful building, a great lecture theatre with cracking facilities, a happy and helpful team, easy access by train, en-suite accommodation onsite, good food and a warm welcome – we will be back. Thank you for looking after us so well.

We are there when it matters most, your one-stop team for everything from room set-up and AV to catering coordination and guest support. While you focus on the people in the room, we handle the behind-the-scenes details to help your event run smoothly from start to finish.
OVERNIGHT STAYS WITH US
Stay on site in our practical ensuite guest rooms, available outside of term time. Each room includes bed linen, towels, and access to shared kitchen facilities with tea and coffee-making provisions. Ideal for multi-day conferences, visiting guests, or group bookings, our campus accommodation offers a convenient and affordable option just a short walk from event spaces.

Only 1 hour from London, 15 minutes from Southampton Airport, and 45 minutes from Bournemouth, Winchester is easy to reach by road, rail, and air. The University campus is a 10-minute walk from the city centre and train station, with good transport links and on-site visitor parking. By car, we’re just off the M3, making access simple from across the South.
