HSS Transition Week PGT promotion sessions - 18-29 May

Every MA and MSc degree programme in HSS is holding an information and taster session in Transition Weeks (between 18 and 29 May).

Programme leaders and teaching teams will tell you all about our Masters degrees — the exciting curricula you will study, the new skills you will develop, and where an MA or MSc can take you next in your career.

The sessions are suitable for all students who are about to complete their first degrees, and also for recent graduates. If you're a first- or second-year undergraduate student thinking ahead to further study, you're also very welcome to come along and find out more.

If you can't participate at the advertised time, please email the presenter, who will help you to access a recording.

All Winchester students benefit from a 'fast-track' application system — express an interest in your chosen course with a single click, and receive an offer straight away.

Your Visit

Parking

You can find directions the University of Winchester on our Contact Us page.

We are occasionally able to offer limited permit parking on campus for these events, however this is not guaranteed. You will be able to apply for a permit during your open day booking if there is space available, if there is no option to apply during your booking then there are no spaces available. Therefore, we recommend using the local park & ride services or public car parks which can be found a short distance from campus.

I can't find my permit

If you can't find your permit please email opendays@winchester.ac.uk with the name you booked on with and the team will be able to help further.

Accessible parking

We offer accessible parking permits to guests with blue badges or to those with any specific needs which would require accessible parking. Please email opendays@winchester.ac.uk directly for more information about requesting a permit.

Where to go when you arrive

When you arrive you will be directed to the check-in desks by one of our friendly Student Ambassadors. You will then be able to register your attendance and collect any literature that interests you before starting your Postgraduate Open Evening.

Bringing guests

You can bring as many guests as you would like. We do occasionally have to limit the number of guests in a talk if it is particularly busy.

Refreshments

There will be refreshments available at various points across both our campuses.
