Biography

Ahmad Bhatti - MSc, MIET, MBA

Ahmad has an MBA from Warwick Business School, an MSc in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Loughborough University, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology. Alongside teaching at the Winchester Business School, Ahmad is also associated with other institutions such as Warwick Manufacturing Group, Birmingham Business School and Open University Business School in varied roles.

He is also an independent operations strategy consultant who has over 15 years' experience of working in the UK, Europe, Canada, and China within IT, manufacturing, aerospace & defence, retail, and high-tech sectors. He has implemented many integrated IT solutions projects for lean manufacturing and warehouse management control systems within automotive, aerospace & defence and retail sectors to solve commercial and operational issues at market leading international brands including Colgate-Palmolive, Philips Lighting, GE Aircraft Engines, British Nuclear Fuels and others.

Ahmad passionately believes in ‘giving back and making a difference’ therefore he voluntary serves many organisations such as Grow Movement, Warwick Business School Mentoring Programme, and Education Business Partnership West Berkshire.

Areas of expertise

Ahmad’s teaching expertise is in international trade, strategy and operations; international business; business accounting and marketing subjects. He also develops, delivers, and support distance learning programmes within the education sector.
